Régis Collette
(Co) founder - Managing Partner
Régis Collette is passionate about organisations and organisational development. His career in consulting and training stretches back 20 years. He has a degree in political science from HEC Management School – University of Liège and is one of Progress Consulting’s two founding partners. He is also a lecturer at University of Liège and speaks regularly at Université Libre de Bruxelles and Université Catholique de Louvain.
Outside work, he enjoys travelling, walking through the forest, spending time with his family and supporting non-profit organisations and initiatives.

- Degree in political science (ULG)
- Master of Business Administration (HEC Management School – University of Liège)
- Currently working towards ICF Coaching certification
- Huthwaite accreditation in SPIN model
- DiSC, MBTI (levels 1 and 2) and Value Management certification
