Trained as a Sales Engineer, ICF Certified Coach, Insights Practitioner and MBTI, Olivier André is mainly active in the Advisory service line within Progress Consulting.
Particularly attentive to the human values of trust and collaboration, he transmits his enthusiasm and experience in business transformation projects, working on both hard and soft skills, through a consulting (push) or coaching (pull) approach.
Outside Progress Consulting, Olivier spends most of his free time laughing with his family and practicing various types of sports (triathlon, mini-football, skiing, squash, trail).
